André Reis's candidacy also presents proposals to resolve the cases of coaches who train in competitions for which they do not yet have the required level, namely ending their persecution and allowing them to perform full functions, committed to running and attending the next lengthy level of the necessary level, with the training entity to ensure a supranumerary vacancy to the coach in question, provided that at the time of the candidates for admission to the time. To the course, you are still performing functions in the competition in question.
