Steve “Mongo” McMichael, Legendary player of the Chicago Bears of American football and star of professional wrestling, He died on Wednesday at age 67 after a long fight against the ELA (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). The former player, diagnosed in 2021, was under palliative care.
After retiring from the NFL in 1994, McMichael debuted in wrestling in Wrestlemania XI as part of the Lawrence Taylor team. That same year he joined WCW, first as a commentator at Monday Nitro and then as a full -time fighter.
